Succinic acid is a dicarboxylic acid which has attracted great intereast as a green feed stock for the manufacture of synthetic resins, biodegradable polymers and chemical intermediates. Extracted succinic acid by tri-n-octylamine had to strip for the final production of succinic acid. The effect of temperature and pH in the aqueous phase on the stripping were investigated. The stripping was performed in the range of 40~90 °C under the effect of temperature. The study about the effect of pH was performed in the range of 5~10.
