dc.description.abstractThe present work is to examine the coating characteristic in oxidation environment. Inconel was deposited on SUS430 plate with size of 1 mm thickness and 28 mm diameter. The resistances of each alloy - uncoated and coated SUS430 - were measured at the condition of 973 K and air environment. Also, after pre-oxidized treatment for 24 hours at 973 K, the resistance characteristic was investigated. In all cases, the ASR of inconel-coated SUS430 is superior to that of the uncoated SUS430. Consequently, the cause of resistance reduction was grasped with the microstructure analysis of SEM images with EDX data.-
