dc.description.abstract | Graphene-based biomineral hybrid materials are synthesized by biomimetic mineralization of CO(2) into CaCO(3) in the presence of graphene oxide (GO) sheets. The hybrid film could be further reduced to a conductive graphene-CaCO(3) hybrid film. The GO/graphene CaCO(3) hybrid showed enhanced in vitro bone bioactivity with increased hydroxyapatite formation in simulated body fluid and good osteoblast cell viability. | - |
