dc.description.abstractClose packed arrays of hollow SnO2 hemispheres were prepared using PMMA microspheres as sacrificial templates for subsequent sputter-deposition of SnO2 films, leading to a threefold enhancement in gas sensitivity compared to non-templated (flat) films.-
