dc.description.abstractField emission can be used for various applications such as field emission displays and other devices. Our experiments show that nitrogen-doped carbon-based nanotubes can provide different properties for field emission according to the different geometries of nitrogen doping, which can be the origin of difference in field emission performances due to different nitrogen doping levels.-
