Highly crystalline and monodisperse In2O3 nanoparticles have been prepared by thermal decomposition of In(acac)(3) in oleylamine under inert atmosphere. The particle size of In2O3 can be easily manipulated by changing the experimental conditions. A weak size demonstrated. The Figure shows a 3D super-lattice of 6 nm diameter nanoparticles.
