dc.description.abstractThe reflection and transmission characteristics of a circular-to-rectangular single T-junction are analyzed. The techniques of Fourier transform and mode matching are used for the analysis. At? approximate dominant-mode solution is derived in a closed form. Computations show that our result is numerically efficient and accurate, and thus will be useful for practical application. (C) 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.-
