Nonparaxially corrected solution for isodiffracting sub-cycle pulsed-beam propagation in free

The propagation of an isodiffracting sub-cycle pulsed beam, modelled by a Poisson spectrum, in free space is studied, and a nonparaxially corrected solution is presented both analytically and numerically. Numerical simulations indicate that, for a half-cycle pulsed beam, the paraxial approximation is not valid, so the nonparaxial corrections must be taken into account.
