Abstract

By the change of industrial structure and technology innovation, the development of Office Automation has made new turning point in the corporate management and along with it, the interest in improvement of office environment become increased. This study notified office environment not yet systemized actually so that it is the seventh research going on concerning with "Office Amenity" as research series started for helping management innovanon. Amenity is defined as the condition of feeling physicaly and mentally very fine and there are comfortable, agreeable, grateful, delightful, pIeasant etc. as English synonym. This study proposed the model of comfortable office space conditions, evaluation structure and elements of amenity and also described the correlation of amenity and offece hardwares; OA implement, office furniture, air-conditioner and lighting.
