dc.description.abstractIn this paper, a study on the thruster-based attitude control using 11-Timer and the Tone-Pulse method applied to KOREASAT 1,2 is discussed. A mixed formulation is proposed to combine both methods while a software program is developed with successful simulation results for 3 cases of attitude control scenarios. The 11-Timer method employs thrusters for more than 1[sec] in the case of large error while the Tone-Pulse method is used for the accurate control of small attitude error by adjusting the number of pulses.-
