dc.description.abstractThe slopes of Mott-Schottky plots obtained from simple Schottky barrier model increased with increasing frequency. The circuit elements were determined from the proposed equivalent circuit by Complex Non-linear Least-Squares (CNRS) fitting method. Based upon the results, the charge transfer reaction of a n-SrTiO3/NaOH system has been considered with respect to bend banding and surface states.-
