점탄성 재료를 이용한 진동흡수기의 유용성에 관한 연구Feasibility Study on a Dynamic Damper using a Viscoelastic Material

본 연구에서는 주구조물의 진동이 관심있는 주파수 범위내에서 1 자유도계로 근사화될 수 있는 경우, 임의로 선택된 점탄성재료에 대하여 최적튜닝 및 최적댐핑효 과를 얻을 수 있도록 그 형상을 설계하고, 예비변형율을 조절하는 절차를 제시하고, 제안된 방법론을 외팔보와 집중하중으로 구성되는 1 자유도계 및 선반의 공구대에 적 용하여 공진감쇠 및 채터억제효과를 살펴 보았다. An optimization procedure in design of a dynamic damper using a viscoelastic material is proposed for a single degree of freedom primary system. The effects of temperature, prestrain and geometry of damper element are taken into account for optimum tuning and optimum damping.In order to show the applicability, the proposed procedure is applied to a simple system composed of a cantilever beam and a lumped mass, and to a machine tool system in order to suppress the chatter. Vibration-supressing effect of the viscoelastic damper is shown to be excellent considering the ease of installation.Also it is shown that the viscoelastic dynamic damper can be attached to a resonance-frequency-varying system and optimum tuning can be effectively achieved only by readjusting the prestrain of the viscoelastic material which has already been set to a given resonance frequency.
