High frequency dielectric anomalies at T(x) congruent-to 161 K are studied in detail to find that the T(x) anomaly may be derived from the soft-mode characteristics of the discommensuration contribution to the dielectric constant, where competing interactions between attractive and repulsive interactions of the discommensurations in the temperature range from T(c) to T(x) are driving the discommensuration dynamics.-
