dc.description.abstractTracheo-oesophageal (TE) fistulas caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis are rare and usually require both surgical treatment and medical treatment with antituberculosis drugs. A patient with a tuberculous TE fistula and mediastinal lymphadenitis was successfully treated by medical management alone.-
