dc.description.abstract | The radio specification of the double conversion tuner (DC tuner) for cable modern is analyzed based on DOCSIS RFI and the reference architecture of DC tuner is proposed. The required specification for each building block is allocated considering practical application using the analyzed radio specification. Designed schematics of every building blocks are fabricated using $0.5\mum$ BiCMOS technology and the measurement results are provided. | eng |
