Recent evolution of short range wireless communication system is remarkable phenomenon which implies the opening of the distributed person and object network era. We have chosen two most significant players in this field: RFID for object identification, and IEEE 802.15.4 for wireless sensor network. There are a bewildering array of aspects in those communication systems; security, radio resource management, RF circuit design, digital front-end design, MAC/PHY digital processor design, network topology, data broadcast algorithm, channel access mechanism and so forth; all of them are intriguing topics for researchers of the world. Among these aspects, this paper mainly focuses on MAC/PHY digital processor design of ISO/IEC 18000-3 and IEEE 802.15.4 standard. Beside of theses raw implementation issues, we also attempts to find more efficient anti-collision protocol for ISO/IEC 18000-3 mode 2.
