In this work, the Power Amplifier for 2.4GHz Bluetooth Application is proposed and designed using 0.35$\mum$ CMOS process. The proposed Power Amplifier is differential structure to reject CM signal. The simulation results show gain of 15dB, output 1dB compression point of 8.5dBm with 30mW power consumption. The experimental results show gain of 13.5dB, output 1dB compression point of 0.5dBm with 42mW power consumption. Especially, the poly-to-nWell capacitor was used for coupling in the Power Amplifier. The capacitor shows low loss characteristics about 10%. In Appendix A, this capacitor is described in detail. For comparison between other capacitor, also poly-to-poly capacitor is described. And the simulation result between poly-to-nWell capacitor and poly-to-poly capacitor is shown.
