A new image-rejection down-conversion mixer for Bluetooth application is proposed and designed using 0.35$\mum$ CMOS process. The proposed architecture is composed of LO phase shifter, LO buffer, mixer cell, IF buffer, and IF phase shifter. Phase shifters are designed using polyphase filter. Simulation results show conversion gain = 13dB, image-rejection ratio = 65dB, and third-order intercept point = -7.9dBm, respectively, at 3V supply voltage, and 15.7mA current. The experimental results are conversion gain = -20.5dB, image-rejection ratio = 28dB, at 3V supply voltage, and 14mA current. The difference between simulation and measurement is analyzed
