Competition among the enterprises in the market has changed into that among the systems, that is, networks of companies. In Korea where the minor number of conglomerates boasts powerful control over SMEs, the relationship between two should be delicately dealt with. With the government policy of win-win strategy, this paper will present the success factors for win-win cooperation within the categories of goal/strategy sharing, knowledge sharing, and financial resource sharing. Win-win cooperation is assumed to be explained by relationship satisfaction. Empirical data are collected from the participants in the field working for both conglomerates and SMEs. Other than high-ranking factors, the degree of impact of each category on the satisfaction and the result whether two groups perceive success factors from different perspectives will be presented.
