| dc.description.abstract | IT 프로젝트 투자 결정을 할 때, 혁신적인 방법을 통하여 전문적이면서도 새로운 기술에 대해서 따라가기 위해서 투자하는 관리자와 이러한 신기술에 의한 위험을 피하고자 하는 관리자의 두 부류의 관리자 성향이 있게 된다. 최고 경영자는 이러한 IT 관리자가 기업을 위해 알맞은 위험도와 수익성을 가지는 프로젝트를 선택하여 일을 할 수 있도록 유인 체계를 고안하길 노력해 왔다. 이번 연구에서는 포기옵션을 이용한 유인체계를 제안한다. 또한, 이러한 포기 옵션과 선형 임금 구조를 각각의 위험성향을 가지는 관리자에게 제공하였을 때의 포기 옵션의 가치를 측정한다. | kor |
