강의 망간 인산염 처리에 초음파가 미치는 영향에 관한 연구A study on the effect of ultrasonics on Mn phosphating of steel
초음파가 Mn인산염층의 물리적, 기계적 성질에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사하였다. Mn인산염 처리시에 초음파를 사용하면 균일하고 미세한 인산염 결정을 가져왔으며, Nickel nitrate를 촉진제로 첨가한 염욕에서 초음파를 사용하여 Mn인산염 처리를 했을 경우가 가장 좋은 내마모성을 나타내었다. 이는 초음파에 의해 발생한 cavitation작용이 금속 표면에 많은 활성점을 만들어서, 인산염 결정의 핵생성을 촉진시키어 균일하고 미세한 인산염 결정층을 형성하므로 내마모성이 향상된다고 생각되어진다.
