The stochastic quantization method is applied to the calculation of the conformal anomaly of N=1 superstring theory in the Fujikawa``s string path integral formalism. The calculation is based on the stochastic quantization of the component fields, i.e., scalar fields, fermionic general coordinate ghost and anti-ghost fields, Majorana fermion fields, and bosonic supersymmetry ghost and anti-ghost fields. As a result, the standard dimensions of the N=1 superstring theory and the Polyakov``s string theory are obtained.
