둔부 인공관절의 금속줄기부에 대한 최적설계모델연구A study of the optimal design model for the metal stem in total hip replacement
인공관절을 포함하는 둔부의 대퇴골을 2 차원 복합외팔보 모델을 선정하여 stem의 중심축에 대한 두께를 결정하는 최적설계문제로 해석했으나 stem의 응력상태를 설명하는데에는 큰 가정이 포함된 모델임을 알았다. 이에 대퇴골 내의 cement를 spring으로 생각하고 Cortical bone과 stem의 중립축이 외력하에서 개별적으로 변하는 새로운 모델을 제시했다.
