Bulk arrival queue with impatient customers대기 안정성을 갖는 집단도착 대기 체계 Mx/M/1에 관한 연구
In this paper, we consider M$^x$/M/1 queueing system with impatient customers. The steady state probabilities and the delay distribution of customers served are investigated. Also queue with finite capacity and queue with multiple servers are discussed. In addition, important queueing systems M/M/1+M and M$^x$/M/1 are derived as a special of the above queueing system.
