dc.description.abstract | Snake Model is established as a technique for extracting salient contours from an image. Snake Model is an active contour model defined by energy functions. First we explain the energy functions of Snake Model and Greedy Algorithm. Then we can find the contours in the image by minimizing the energy function using Greedy Algorithm. Also we see that the weights α, β, and γ can be used to balance the influence of the three energy terms. | eng |
