It frequently happens that decision makers must establish a ranking within a finite set of alternatives with respect to multiple criteria which have varying degree of importance. The problem is more complex if the evaluations of alternatives according to each criterion are expressed in not crisp numbers but fuzzy ones. Analysis must allow for imprecision and partial truth. It is guiding rule behind the development of this multi-criteria decision making method. Fuzzy sets theory is appropriate to deal with imprecision. In order to capture the preference of decision maker, it is used the concept of fuzzy outranking relation characterized by the global credibility relation which can be obtained from n + 1 relations: fuzzy concordance relation and fuzzy discordance relations. It is possible to obtain either a partial or complete ordering according to the credibility threshold using non-outranking relations which are obtained from global credibility relations.eng
