This study suggests an efficient Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) model with multi-experts. In real world, a decision maker faces various types of information assessed by many experts. So, in this model we use the concept of weighting structure to integrate multiple-experts`` information. Another characteristics of this model is to use the information on cardinal pairwise preference of attributes, which is more practical to be assessed than the information on pairwise preference of alternatives. Based on this information, we develop the model improving the concept of Linear Programming technique for Multi-dimensional Analysis of Preference (LINMAP) by use of concordance - discordance analysis. To use this model effectively, interactive software program related to this model is designed for CDC CYBER computer. Operation procedure of this software program is also illustrated.
