Coordinated Beamforming is a jointly optimized scheme of transmit beamformer and receive combiner for Mu-MIMO broadcast channel. The conventional CBF, however, induces to decrease the throughput of users at the edge of the cell since it does not consider other-cell interference (OCI). In this paper, we propose a newly designed beamformer and receive combiner utilizing the only statistical property of interference-plus-noise to mitigate OCI. Our proposed schemes significantly improve sum rate performance in the presence of OCI, furthermore, the proposed MMSE-CBF achieves a near-optimum sum-rate. Numerical results show that the proposed CBF provides better sum rate performance compared with a conventional CBF, and performs close to the sum rate of the CBF without OCI when the number of receive antennas increases.
