Simultaneous three dimensional NMR imaging and display

Abstract

An experimental technique with which a set of simultaneous three orthogonal images without additional imaging time by the introduction of the time multiplexing technique is proposed. A method to reduce artifacts due to the finite spin-lattice relaxation time constant T1 in time multiplexing technique on the orthogonal slices is proposed and experimentally studied. A new three-dimensional perspective display algorithms in conjunction with this three orthogonal slice imaging method is proposed and implemented experimentally.
