dc.description.abstract | Direct Fourier transform NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) tomographic method originally proposed by Kumar-Welti-Ernst (KWE) has been improved by using spin echo technique. This new KWE method provides four quadrant data set in 2-D Fourier space which is essential to correct frequency dependent phase shift. Pulse sequence for the newly proposed method is analyzed and computer simulations have also been carried out in conjunction with expected experimental situations. The experimental results of this new KWE method are presented and compared with the computer simulation results. | eng |
