dc.description.abstractSome basic ideas and practices in the area of micro diagnostics are surveyed and it could help both design and test of the microprogramed computer. Microdiagnosis in system level using hardware implementation and firmware development for CRIROS computer are made. Firmware, i.e. microprogram, is used to detect fault area in small reduced parts and hardware is used to detect more detailed fault location in the level of digital circuits. An evaluation of microdiagnosis compared to conventional diagnosis is described.eng
