프린터 그래픽스 부기기의 설계및 구성

Abstract

두 Processor 사이의 Overlapped Processing을 할 수 있는 Printer Graphics System을 개발하였다. High level Graphic Command를 dot pattern이 되도록 Processing하는 과정에서 일부의 수행기능을 Printer에 내장시킨 Computer로 옮겼다. 그럼으로써 Host Computer의 부담이 줄어들고 수행기능이 100\% 증진되었다. Plot Prossor에 있는 Service routine은 Console Command에 의해 선택될 수 있다. 장치된 Routine들은 Plot package 중 최종 dot processing을 하는 부분과 RAM test program과 Printer test program 등이다. Service Routine은 ROM에 확장될 수 있다. 따라서 이 System은 Graphics를 위한 강력한 도구가 될 것이다.
