A method to set more office productivity is presented in this thesis. There exists some famous commercial application programs for micro-computers which support the office information management, but no way to accommodate one application from other sources. In order to exchange information among some applications, a certain standard file schema is required and is suggested, which will keep the relational database schema. Office procedure automation is also required in office integration, which allows automatic procedure invocation. Only three products, Wordstar($\star$), VisiCalc($\star \star$), and dBASE II($\star \star \star$) are referenced. However, the growth of INOFF is also thought through in this paper. The requirements, the model of INOFF, the process of implementation, and some results have been documented. Additionally, the future research direction has been shown. $\star$ Wordstar is a trademark of MicroPro. $\star \star$ VisiCalc is a trademark of VisiCorp. $\star \star \star$ dBASE II is a trademark of Microsoft.
