Electronic circuit diagram drawing from SPICE2 input

Abstract

This thesis discusses an automatic drawing system for electronic circuit diagrams. An input method is based on input description language which is real input data file of SPICE2: a simulation package for electronic circuits. And automatic drawing is executed through a Tektronix 4010-1 graphic display terminal. In this thesis, an input method, placement method of each electronic components, and interconnection problem are proposed and designed. And to present a more visible circuit diagram, labeling and scaling problems are considered. The system is implemented on a VAX 11/780 running under UNIX operating system and mainly programmed in FORTRAN77.
