This thesis discusses the design and development of a set of PLATO lessons for upper-level engineering college students, graduates, and the people engaged in the related fields who received B. S. degree. The design and development of a set of PLATO lessons which will be added to previous courseware, which deals with Bezier curve, B-spline curve, etc., is discussed and the problems with this processing are presented. Three PLATO lessons on Conics and Chain Encoding, Bezier Surface and Cartesian product surface are developed. They are programmed with TUTOR language in PLATO system at KAIST which uses CYBER 174 computer as a host.
