Reaction systems with $AgBr/PPh_3/PPNCl/Tl_2C_2B_9H_{11}$ and $2AgBr/PPh_3/ Tl_2C_2B_9H_{11}$ afforded the following compounds: $[3-(PPh_3)-3,1,2-AgC_2B_9H_{11}]$ (PPN) [4.(PPN)] and nido-9-$(PPh_3)-7,8-C_2B_9H_{11}$(5), which were characterized by physical methods. Reaction systems with $AgBr/AsPh_3/PPh4Br /Tl_2C_2B_9H_{11}$ and $2AgBr/AsPh_3/Tl_2C_2B_9H_{11}$ afforded analogous compound: $[3-(AsPh_3)-3,1,2AgC_2B_9H_{11}]$ $(PPh_4)$ $[6.(PPh_4)]$ and nido$-9-(AsPh_3)-7,8-C_2B_9H_{11}$ (7), which were also characterized by physical methods. The zwitterionic ligand, 5 and 7 were determined by $^{11}$B-COSY NMR.By incorporating triphenyl arsine into cupracarborane, new compounds of mono and dimetallic cupracarboranes, $[3(AsPh_3)-3,1,2-CuC_2B_9H_{11}]$ $(PPh_4)$ and [closo-exo-4,8-{$μ -H)_2Cu(AsPh_3)$ }$-3-(AsPh_3)-3,1,2-CuC_2B_9H_9]$ were synthesized and characterized physically
