Competitive photochlorination reactions of silanes at 337.1 nm실란의 337.1 nm 파장에서의 광 염소화 경쟁반응

The competitive phtochlorination reactions were studied for $SiHCl_3/C_2H_6$ and $SiH_2Cl_2/C_2H_6$ systems to elucidate the kinetic parameters of hydrogen abstractions from silanes. The expression of rate constant ratio for the product formation was found to be ◁수식 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) Where $ α=[C_2H_5Cl]/[RCl], β=[C_2H_6]_o/[RH]_o$ and $ γ=[RCl]/[RH]_o$. The general mechanism to deduce the equation was proposed ◁수식 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) Kinetic data were obtained utilizing the observed $k_1/k_1``$ values at various temperature. Combining the Arrhenius parameters from the known value of the absolute rate constant of ethane we obtained ◁수식 삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) The anomalous behavior of silanes with respect to carbon counterparts were interpreted in terms of electronic effects and of the structural differences between these compounds.
