dc.description.abstract | N-Chlorosulfonyl-7-azabicyclo-[6,2,0]-decan-8-one [N-ABD] was synthesized by the reaction of cyclootene with chlorosulfonylisocyanate, followed by hydrolysis with 10\% KOH and $Na_2SO_3$. This monomer, the racemic cis-7-azabicyclo-[6,2,0]-decan-8-one[ABD] in the presence of L-amino acid proceeded through steroelective polymerization. It was discovered that an optically active polyamide was obtained. | eng |
