dc.description.abstract | In mixed tin-lead perovskite solar cells, oxidation is the biggest problem because tin tends to prefer the oxidation state of $Sn^4+$. We conducted a systematic study on oxidation prevention to increase the efficiency of mixed tin-lead perovskite solar cells. This paper introduces two anti-oxidation strategies and consists of additional methods to improve the efficiency of solar cells. Tin oxidation was effectively prevented inside and on the surface of the perovskite, and higher crystallinity was achieved by using cobalt powder. In addition, it was possible to have preferred orientation in which specific crystal faces were grown and the increased grain size. As a result, electrons and holes can be moved effectively, increasing the open circuit voltage and short circuit current of the solar cell, thereby increasing the power conversion efficiency. In this study, we started a new study and increased the efficiency from 0% to 19.3%, and presented various strategies to increase the efficiency of mixed tin-lead based perovskite solar cells. | - |
