dc.description.abstractPerovskite solar cells have been rapidly advancing and have now emerged as the promising candidate for the next generation of solar cells. The most common way to produce the light-harvesting layer is the antisolvent method, using dimethylformamide (DMF) as the solvent of the perovskite precursor solution. However, this is not favorable in the environmental aspect due to the toxicity and excessive usage of chemicals, thereby it remains one of the problems to solve for the commercialization of the perovskite solar cells. To address this issue, we studied the green-processed perovskite solar cell with a wide processing window by adopting gamma-butyrolactone (GBL) as the solvent of the perovskite precursor solution and replaced the usage of the antisolvent by fabricating the perovskite film with vacuum-assisted method.-
