dc.description.abstractAlzheimer’s disease (AD), one of the representative neurodegenerative disorders, is the most common form of dementia. Various clinical trials were conducted to treat AD for the last 110 years. Nevertheless, AD is still recognized as an incurable illness. The main reason why AD has been a challenge for the medical community is that multiple pathological factors contribute to the onset and progression. In this thesis, we seek new chemical methods to suppress pathogenic elements in AD with computational and experimental approaches.-
