In this Paper, gain enhanced reconfigurable leaky-wave holographic antenna was proposed. The proposed LWA is based on LC and operating at Ka-band. To increase the gain of the proposed LWA, additional WAIM patch was added and the gain increased by about 2.1 dB. A parametric study of the unit cell was conducted to reduce and suppress the sidelobe and harmonics of the entire LWA. In the overall array structure, main patches are staggered to prevent mutual coupling, and radial stubs are added to isolation between the RF field and DC voltage. The proposed LWA antenna operates at 37.5 GHz. As a result of reverse analysis of the measurement data, it was confirmed that the variable range of the LC was approximately 0.7 to 0.8. The bandwidth exceeds 5 GHz and the efficiency is greater than 30% at maximum gain. As a result of beam steering measurement according to the holographic pattern, the maximum gain was shown at 15 degrees. The gain and sidelobe levels at this time were confirmed to be 11.25 dB and -13 dB, respectively. It was confirmed that the maximum beam steering was possible over 80 degrees, and the beam steering was over ±120 degrees.
