희생기판을 이용한 플라스틱 압전소자 제조방법, 이에 따라 제조된 플라스틱 압전소자가 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 플렉서블 압전소자 제조방방법은 희생기판 상에 압전소자를 제조하는 단계; 상기 희생기판을 제거한 후, 상기 압전소자를 플라스틱 기판으로 옮기는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
