냉각보조용 실린더구조를 갖는 극저온 액체 왕복동 펌프Reciprocating pump for cryogenic liquid with cylinder structure to assist cooling
본 발명은 냉각보조용 실린더구조를 갖는 극저온 액체 왕복동 펌프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 목적은 극저온의 대상액체를 펌핑하는 왕복동 펌프에 있어서, 펌핑챔버를 포함한 각부가 대상액체 자체에 의하여 원활하게 냉각될 수 있도록 함과 동시에 부압발생 등의 문제들을 방지하도록 구조가 개선된, 냉각보조용 실린더구조를 갖는 극저온 액체 왕복동 펌프를 제공함에 있다.
