본 발명은 유기 태양전지용 고분자 공여체 및 이를 포함하는 유기 태양전지에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 측면은, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는, 유기 태양전지용 고분자 공여체를 제공한다. [화학식 1] 상기 X는, H 또는 할로겐이고, 상기 R은, H, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20알킬, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20알킬황 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 트리C1-C20 알킬실릴이고, 상기 n은 1 내지 10,000의 정수이다.
