미만형 종양의 환자 유래 이종이식 모델 및 이의 제조방법A patient-derived xenograft model of diffuse type of cancer and a method of producing thereof
본 발명은 미만형 종양의 환자 유래 이종이식 모델 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 미만형 종양의 환자 유래 이종이식 모델은 미만형 암 환자에서의 암과 유전적, 생리적 및 환경적 특성이 동일한 조건을 제공하여 환자 맞춤형 항암제의 적용을 가능케 하므로, 예후가 나쁜 미만형 암 환자의 예후 증진에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
