본 발명은 기상 상태의 황을 개시제로 사용하여 황과 단량체의 고분자 중합을 통해 고분자 막을 제조하는 황을 개시제로서 사용한 화학기상증착(sCVD)을 이용한 고분자 막의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 제조된 고분자 막은 다양한 단량체를 황과 공중합체로 중합이 가능하고, 황 함량이 높고 굴절률과 투명도가 우수한 고분자 막을 제조할 수 있다.
