인간 막단백질 분류 및 기능 예측 시스템 및 방법System and method for the classification of human membrane protein and function prediction
막단백질 분류 시스템이 인간 막단백질을 분류하기 위하여, 외부로부터 수신한 복수의 후보 막단백질 정보를 미리 저장되어 있는 정보들을 토대로 복수의 클래스로 분류한다. 그리고 복수의 클래스로 분류된 막단백질 정보를 기능과 질병 유사도 기반으로 분류하여 복수의 막단백질 군을 생성한 뒤, 생성한 막단백질 군 각각의 기능 정보 또는 질병에 대한 정보를 분석하여, 이미 알려져 있는 기능 또는 질병 이외의 새로운 막단백질 기능 또는 질병을 예측한다.
