| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 수성 용매에서 공정이 가능한 폴리티오펜 나노와이어에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 아지드(azide)-기능화된 P3HT(poly-3-hexylthiophene)을 용액 조립(solution assembly), 광-가교(photo-crosslinking), 및 알킨-말단을 가진 분자로 기능화(functionalization with alkyne-terminated molecules)하여 제조된, 수성 용매에서 공정이 가능한 폴리티오펜(polythiophene) 나노와이어에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 기능화된 P3HT-PEG 나노와이어는 효과적인 전하 수송을 하는 나노구조 및 전자 특성을 유지하면서 다양한 알코올 및 물에서 안정적으로 분산될 수 있으므로, 환경적으로 양호한 용매인 물과 알코올로부터 효율적인 전기소자의 공정을 가능하게 한다. | - |
