본 발명은 능동반응형 멀티스케일 흡음재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게 오픈 셀을 포함하는 형상기억 고분자 패널; 오픈 셀 내부에 위치하고, 오픈 셀의 셀 벽에 결착된 다공성의 고분자폼; 및 패널의 일 표면에 위치하며 상기 패널 및 고분자폼 각각에 결착된 나노섬유매트층;을 포함함으로써 넓은 주파수 영역에서 흡음 성능이 향상되고, 능동적으로 흡음 주파수 영역을 조절할 수 있는 능동반응형 멀티스케일 흡음재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
